Despite Twitter/X fluctuations, our CDC Injury channel consistently outperforms others in the government space. In October 2023, our posts on X for World Mental Health Day achieved impressive metrics with 178,594 impressions, 1,190 engagements, and a potential reach of 11,842,649. In November 2023, ICF Next created an ambient animation on X for National Family Caregiver Month, yielding 111,947 impressions, 825 engagements, and 747 clicks at a low cost per engagement of $0.30, demonstrating efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Astonishingly, within just 24 hours, we observed performance metrics that greatly surpassed the usual engagement levels for content on this platform. Our post amassed an impressive 21,500 views, garnered 11 likes, was reshared 5 times, bookmarked 6 times, and even received a valuable, relevant comment. Typically, this channel maxes out at around 1,000 views for most content.
